Beel AI processes account details and agency data only to provide billing reconciliation, secure the service, and respond to support requests.

Protected health information

Do not upload protected health information until your agency has signed a Business Associate Agreement with Beel AI. Agency access is tenant-isolated and logged.

Storage and retention

Prototype data is stored in the United States on encrypted AWS storage. We retain it only while needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of prototype data at any time.
